Black People, Are You Ready?

I'm not sure how many of my readers know this but our current way of life in the United States could end in the lifetime of people who are under 40 years old. If you have not been paying attention, the USA is trillions of dollars in debt with a significant portion of that debt being bought up by foreign nations like China.

The nations that own most of our debt have been trying to figure out a way to get away from the dollar. Most wars start off as economic wars first and what we are now seeing is the first shots being taken in an economic war with Russia and China on one side and the USA on the other side.

What I'm getting at is that there will probably be a major world war before the year 2030. If you look at the trends of America in history, you will see that America has been involved in a major war at the beginning of every century and when I say major war, I don't mean the United States bombing away at almost defenseless nations in the Middle East.

Are you ready for what could possibly happen as a result of a major world war within the next 16 years?

America has been steadily moving toward a police state since Eisenhower's military-industrial complex speech in 1961. One more major terrorist attack or another world war and America will be in full martial law lock down. Are you prepared for something like this?

If you are not prepared, here is my list of things you could do to better prepare yourself:

• Learn to grow your own food. 
• Learn how to properly use a gun and a knife
• Learn how to hunt and skin your own animals for food
• Learn basic self defense skills
• Learn a 2nd language
• Get a passport NOW
• Formulate a plan for you and your family
• Study basic economics, have money on hand and in many different currencies. I say this because if there is a bank run, chances are you will not be able to get any money.
• Own valuable metals located in a secure place that only you know of.
• Own at least a rifle, handgun, and a few hunting knives.

This is a good start for a beginner and I am still a beginner myself who is still learning and preparing but I believe that if you have knowledge on certain things, you should share it with others.

I shared this blog post because I always hear of white people becoming survivalists and learning necessary skills to survive but I never hear of Black people learning these skills. I want my people to be prepared because I believe if given the chance during the breakdown of society, white people would try to subjugate us again.

Monty Woodgrain's Sad Attempt At Explaining His Criminal Past

I watched one of Monty's videos where he attempted to explain his situation and I have to correct him on a couple of things that he talked about in that video.

In most states, you can get a concealed carry license if you were arrested or have misdemeanors on your record. It depends on the individual state and the laws they have on the books but most states will make you wait a certain time period after your misdemeanor conviction before you can apply for a license.


A felony conviction for violent crimes will usually get your 2nd amendment gun rights stripped from you for a long period of time. If you were convicted of domestic abuse or domestic battery then the Lautenberg Amendment takes effect and you are stripped of your second amendment rights forever.

The act bans shipment, transport, ownership and use of guns or ammunition by individuals convicted of misdemeanor domestic violence, or who are under a restraining (protection) order for domestic abuse in all 50 states. The act also makes it unlawful to knowingly sell or give a firearm or ammunition to such persons.

Now Monty's new BFF Tommy Sotomayor has a lot of domestic violence charges on his record but I am not sure if he was convicted. If he was convicted, he can no longer own a gun.

Monty talked at length about his past transgression but anyone with a functioning brain can figure out that Monty obviously agreed to some type of deal which involved him paying the fine and doing some type of community service. This still counts as a conviction on Monty's record. That's how that katana of justice person, SnakeLoc, and others were able to find his criminal record. If it was expunged by the courts, the people I mentioned would not have found Monty's criminal record.

What usually happens when people like Tommy and Monty start digging around in other peoples background and criminal history is that karma comes back to bite them in the ass and their true background is revealed to all people.

I Only Go After Coons And Their Associates

I put on the top of this page that all coons, house negroes and enablers of their way of thinking must be exposed. When I was creating my version of the Coon Train is coming, I was going to put Monty Woodgrain on the Coon Train but I was not entirely sure at the time if he was a coon. I know that YouTuber SnakeLoc has a history of being on the same team with Tommy Sotomayor but in this case, I think his dislike for Monty Woodgrain is so great that he cannot just sit back and accept that Monty & Tommy are teammates now.

Monty Woodgrain (Lamont Hailey) and Tommy Sotomayor have slandered Tyrone Thompson with their video that Tyrone was arrested for possession of cocaine in 2007. Go to the link above and notice that the birthday of that Tyrone Thompson is 02-06-1965.

If I am not mistaken, the birthday of the Tyrone Thompson we know is 02-17-1967.

I also noticed that it looks like this Tyrone Thompson was visiting South Carolina but lives in New York.

A sympathetic jury might give Tyrone some of Monty's money if a lawsuit is pursued.

There's a new video up where Monty Woodgrain plays private investigator and finds records on Tyrone Thompson where he was busted for possession of cocaine. The only problem with this is that Tyrone Thompson is a pseudonym.

Monty and Tommy are not stupid. Both know that Tyrone is not his real name but when you engage in psychological operations, the goal is to influence the opinion of the public with information that you put out there.

I always said that I would not drop documents and do things of that nature but I guess when you're fighting against demons, you cannot behave like an angel to defeat them.

There are two ways to get at Tommy. The #1 way to get at him is through his daughter and I will not go that route. One rule that I will not break is that I do not attack children. His little girl has no idea how much of an evil prick her father can be.

But the #2 way to get at him is to go after Miz Lana. He just had Genie Burlesque's channel flagged because she was going after Lana the llama. He took Tyrone to court to please Miz Lana. Uncle Tommy Ruckus loves him some Lana so since he put Lana in the public eye, he made her a public figure. And public figures are supposed to be scrutinized by the public to keep them in line.

The screen name or e-mail address name that someone uses usually has some type of significance to that person. Through the investigations of others on YouTube we know who Lana is and we know what types of businesses she has owned in the past and what she currently owns in the present.

I'm not going to use her real name on this post but Tommy Sotomayor made the mistake of leaving Lana's e-mail address and real name on a browser tab in one of his past videos so she should get mad at her boyfriend for his lack of attention to what is going on in his own video productions.

I just thought it was interesting that Lana uses the username "BlackRussian". I have seen and worked around plenty of Russians and Lana did not strike me as the typical Russian in looks the first time I saw her. I wonder if she is one of these mixed half Black, Half Russian women that attempts to pass as a white woman in American society.

The more I think about it, she does look like a mutt. Now some people will think I'm attacking her but she put herself in the line of fire with her actions. My blog posts on her are mild compared to what others have said about the Black Russian. These are just my opinions and you don't have to agree with them.

Here is the meaning of agent from a legal standpoint:

Agent n. a person who is authorized to act for another (the agent's principal) through employment, by contract or apparent authority. The importance is that the agent can bind the principal by contract or create liability if he/she causes injury while in the scope of the agency. 

One who agrees and is authorized to act on behalf of another, a principal, to legally bind an individual in particular business transactions with third parties pursuant to an agency relationship.

In my previous post, I thought that if anyone spoke out against Tommy on Tyrone's show it would reflect badly on Tyrone because they might be seen as agents of Tyrone Thompson. I don't believe Tyrone has a contract with or is actively employing Clifton, Vicdamoane, Bonepicker etc.. so they cannot be agents or servants of Tyrone Thompson.

Tommy is attempting to use Tyrone Thompson as the scapegoat for what others have did to Tommy. Tyrone never dropped Tommy's documents or called his grandmother's home. Tyrone never said he would kill Tommy Sotomayor. These are the actions of other individuals before Tyrone and the TRS show arrived on the scene. Hopefully all of this will be shown when this goes to trial.

I would advise that if anyone is going to act against Tommy or speak against him, it should be on their own and not through your radio show or webpage.

Because of the temporary restraining order, they can link it to you if anyone goes against Tommy on your radio show. Tommy is attempting to bait you into violating the restraining order. He is playing a deadly game. 

A restraining order usually states that if you, your officers, agents etc... speak against Tommy or act against Tommy, it can be held against you. Your officer and agents in this case are everyone that has a radio show on TRS on sunday thru Saturday.

Consult your lawyer on this!

I'm not going to reveal the in depth details of this case but it is public record if you know where to look. I am going to read through it when I get the chance tonight but I believe Tyrone should put a gag order on everyone on his show. No one should speak or talk about Tommy Sotomayor while they are doing it as part of TRS.

Now if they want to, they can officially declare that they are not affiliated with TRS and go out on their own to speak against the coon Tommy Sotomayor but if these people continue to strike at Tommy the way they normally do then Tyrone might pay the legal price for what they are saying and doing.

People like me are not a part of TRS so I will continue to strike at that coon as much as I can.

To summarize it for those that do not want to read what's below. They have to serve the individual or anyone over the age of 14 who lives in the residence. If they cannot serve you personally, they can try to serve you through certified mail and if that does not work, they can serve you through a commercial delivery service. The last resort is service by publication where they publish the information in a local newspaper.

Most of these rules are the same throughout the United States. In my home state, if a person could not serve you and prove that they served you then they could not obtain a monetary judgement over you.

This is the part that we should pay attention to "Subject to the provisions of any statute, rule, or order, a magistrate may dismiss a summons and complaint against any or all defendants without prejudice to the plaintiff if service of process cannot be obtained within 120 days of the filing of the complaint."

RULE 4
PROCESS

(a) Summons: Issuance. The summons shall be issued by plaintiff or plaintiff's attorney. Copies of the original summons shall be served upon each defendant.

(b) Same: Form. The summons shall be signed by the plaintiff or his attorney, contain the name of the State and county, the name of the court, the file number of the action, and the names of the parties, be directed to the defendant, state the name and address of the plaintiff's attorney, if any, otherwise the plaintiff's address, and the time within which these rules require the defendant to appear and defend, and shall notify him that in case of his failure to do so judgment by default will be rendered against him for the relief demanded in the complaint.

(c) By Whom Served. Service of summons may be made by the sheriff, his deputy, or by any other person not less than eighteen (18) years of age, not an attorney in or a party to the action. Service of all other process shall be made by the sheriff or his deputy or any other duly constituted law enforcement officer or by any person designated by the court who is not less than eighteen (18) years of age and not an attorney in or a party to the action, except that a subpoena may be served as provided in Rule 45.

(d) Summons: Personal Service. The summons and complaint must be served together. The plaintiff shall furnish the person making service with such copies as are necessary. Voluntary appearance by defendant is equivalent to personal service; and written notice of appearance by a party or his attorney shall be effective upon mailing, or may be served as provided in this rule. Service shall be made as follows:

(d)(1) Individuals. Upon an individual other than a minor under the age of 14 years or an incompetent person, by delivering a copy of the summons and complaint to him personally or by leaving copies thereof at his dwelling house or usual place of abode with some person of suitable age and discretion then residing therein, or by delivering a copy to an agent authorized by appointment or by law to receive service of process.

d)(8) Service by Certified Mail. Service of a summons and complaint upon a defendant of any class referred to in paragraph (1) or (3) of this subdivision of this rule may be made by the plaintiff or by any person authorized to serve process pursuant to Rule 4(c), including a sheriff or his deputy, by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested and delivery restricted to the addressee. Service is effective upon the date of delivery as shown on the return receipt. Service pursuant to this paragraph shall not be the basis for the entry of a default or a judgment by default unless the record contains a return receipt showing the acceptance by the defendant. Any such default or judgment by default shall be set aside pursuant to Rule 55(c) or Rule 60(b) if the defendant demonstrates to the court that the return receipt was signed by an unauthorized person. (d)(9) Service by Commercial Delivery Service. Service of a summons and complaint upon a defendant of any class referred to in paragraph (1) or (3) of this subdivision of this rule may be made by the plaintiff or by any person authorized to serve process pursuant to Rule 4(c) by a commercial delivery service which meets the requirements to be considered a designated delivery service in accordance with 26 U.S.C. § 7502(f)(2). Service is effective upon the date of delivery as shown in the delivery record of the commercial delivery service. Service pursuant to this paragraph shall not be the basis for the entry of a default or a judgment by default unless the record contains a delivery record showing the acceptance by the defendant which includes an original signature or electronic image of the signature of the person served. Any such default or judgment by default shall be set aside pursuant to Rule 55(c) or Rule 60(b) if the defendant demonstrates to the court that the delivery receipt was signed by an unauthorized person. If delivery of the process is refused or is returned undelivered, service shall be made as otherwise provided by these rules.

If service upon the defendant cannot be accomplished by personal service or certified mail, or if no person of discretion may be found at his residence, then service may be made by publication upon the order of the magistrate.  A magistrate may order service by publication on an absent defendant pursuant to § 15-9-710, where that defendant has not been found within the State after a search of due diligence. The fact of the "diligent" search must be alleged in an affidavit. The magistrate must find the existence of a cause of action against the defendant, and that the situation is one of the types enumerated in § 15-9-710. The order of publication of the magistrate should direct the publication to be made in the one newspaper, as designated by the magistrate, most likely to give notice to the person to be served, and to appear once a week for not less three weeks. It seems reasonable that the magistrate should operate in a manner consistent with the terms of § 15-9-740, the general statute concerned with the technical aspects of service by publication and in addition to the publication, require a copy of the summons and complaint be sent to the last known address of the party to be served. I am guilty of being a fan of 1980s horror flicks but what we see going on in our society today just might set the stage for some of those horror movie ideas to become a reality. 

The 1st video is a news clip of a statue of Baphomet going up in Oklahoma.

The 2nd video was created by BlackChild and deals with how vampirism or the idea of obtaining fresh youthful blood to remain young has become mainstream.

I'm also thinking about starting another blog focusing on a wider range of issues. As you can see, my interests go well beyond exposing the coons of YouTube.

Tommy Sotomayor Gloating Again Over Tyrone Thompson

The attention whore we know as Tommy Sotomayor has released a video where he calls the Sheriff in South Carolina to find out if Tyrone Thompson has been served. I believe that every time Tommy does something, it backfires on him in a weird way. Trying to silence your supposed enemies through the legal system can come back to bite you in the ass because once your enemies learn the system, they might decide to bring a lawsuit against him.

What I find funny is that it took his white Russian girlfriend to convince him to do it. Now this man has been threatened by a lot of people and I think I remember a video where Monty Woodgrain showed a gun on video in order to intimidate Tommy Sotomayor but he did not take Monty to court. The only reason I can think of for Tommy's new found love for the American court system is Lana.

Tommy's past actions make you wonder whether he has someone after him in the legal system.  When the Miss Mo situation came out about 6 months ago, there was a video of Tommy showing how much he had been giving Miss Mo. If I remember correctly, the amount was something like $2500 a month to help pay for a home that was not in his name. If this man can afford to pay these huge amounts for rent in other peoples name, why doesn't he just go and buy his own home for him and his daughter?

Now this is pure speculation but Tommy could owe child support for other children and this is the reason why he chooses to rent apartments and stay at hotels rather than buying property that will gain value. There are a lot of things that do not add up about Thomas Harris but maybe over time, the truth will come out about the con man we know as Tommy Sotomayor.

Tyrone does not seem like that bad of a guy. He has a lot of colorful characters around him on his radio show but he seems like someone who wants to do the right thing. May God bless him in his fight against the demonic Tommy Sotomayor.

YouTube Beefs and Violence

Some people have had real beefs on YouTube but most of the ones I have seen are mostly about cracking jokes on one another or seeing who can come up with the most embarrassing stuff on an individual.

Now when it gets to the level of threatening people with actual violence or fighting, most of these people need to take a step back and reevaluate a few things. Unless someone is threatening you or your family, there should be no room for violence online.

I have seen a few YouTubers call someone a coward because they called the Police on a Youtuber who was threatening violence and came to the persons home. Now in this case, you have to do what makes you feel safe. If calling the Police makes you feel safe then call the Police on the person threatening you. 

In the case of an idiot actually coming to someones home threatening violence, they are risking their life because they do not know how that person might respond or what they might have to protect themselves.

From my perspective, the shit is silly. As mush as I dislike Tommy Sotomayor, you will not see me threatening him with violence or threatening his family with violence. He does say things that make me want to knock the shit out of him but I practice mediation so I have gained a great measure of control over my actions and emotions. I will stick with exposing his every word and action and leave it at that. I will leave the violence to others because I am just a messenger. 

I do not like Tommy Sotomayor but threatening his grandmother and child is completely wrong. I saw a Clifton Rainey video where he said someone called his home and told his mother that they would burn her house down. That type of thing is completely wrong. People can be killed over these types of threats. 

There are a lot of instigators out here who love seeing chaos. Watch who you let into your real life from online because they could be a force of chaos masquerading as a friend.
