What if most of the events that involved Tommy Sotomayor over the past year were scripted by him and his allies to bring in more viewers to his show and in the process more revenue to his show?

What if Lana was a paid actress?

What if Miss Mo and Tommy never broke up but made it seem that way for the drama to play out online?

I ask these questions to myself because I just cannot comprehend how a person can take someone like Tommy Sotomayor back into their life and into their home.

I just saw a video where there was a Black woman walking in the background of a Tommy Sotomayor livestream where he was asking his followers which type of alcoholic beverage he should drink.

I believe that the woman in the background was Miss Mo and if that is the case then there is a chance that most of the events of the past year were staged.

The only events that were not staged was the dismantling of the Coon Train conductor's image and soul by The Black Authority Jason Black and Tariq Nasheed.

In the video below, he gives away little details about Lana like how she was living in a garage and had trouble just buying groceries every week.

Now we know what their whole relationship was about. She would give up sex to Tommy and Tommy would give up $1000 or $2000 to her. On the street, this is known as a hooker-john relationship where money is the only thing getting you laid.

The screen name or e-mail address name that someone uses usually has some type of significance to that person. Through the investigations of others on YouTube we know who Lana is and we know what types of businesses she has owned in the past and what she currently owns in the present.

I'm not going to use her real name on this post but Tommy Sotomayor made the mistake of leaving Lana's e-mail address and real name on a browser tab in one of his past videos so she should get mad at her boyfriend for his lack of attention to what is going on in his own video productions.

I just thought it was interesting that Lana uses the username "BlackRussian". I have seen and worked around plenty of Russians and Lana did not strike me as the typical Russian in looks the first time I saw her. I wonder if she is one of these mixed half Black, Half Russian women that attempts to pass as a white woman in American society.

The more I think about it, she does look like a mutt. Now some people will think I'm attacking her but she put herself in the line of fire with her actions. My blog posts on her are mild compared to what others have said about the Black Russian. These are just my opinions and you don't have to agree with them.

Sotomayor V. Thompson -- Meaning of Agent

Here is the meaning of agent from a legal standpoint:

Agent n. a person who is authorized to act for another (the agent's principal) through employment, by contract or apparent authority. The importance is that the agent can bind the principal by contract or create liability if he/she causes injury while in the scope of the agency. 

One who agrees and is authorized to act on behalf of another, a principal, to legally bind an individual in particular business transactions with third parties pursuant to an agency relationship.

In my previous post, I thought that if anyone spoke out against Tommy on Tyrone's show it would reflect badly on Tyrone because they might be seen as agents of Tyrone Thompson. I don't believe Tyrone has a contract with or is actively employing Clifton, Vicdamoane, Bonepicker etc.. so they cannot be agents or servants of Tyrone Thompson.

Tommy is attempting to use Tyrone Thompson as the scapegoat for what others have did to Tommy. Tyrone never dropped Tommy's documents or called his grandmother's home. Tyrone never said he would kill Tommy Sotomayor. These are the actions of other individuals before Tyrone and the TRS show arrived on the scene. Hopefully all of this will be shown when this goes to trial.

I would advise that if anyone is going to act against Tommy or speak against him, it should be on their own and not through your radio show or webpage.

Because of the temporary restraining order, they can link it to you if anyone goes against Tommy on your radio show. Tommy is attempting to bait you into violating the restraining order. He is playing a deadly game. 

A restraining order usually states that if you, your officers, agents etc... speak against Tommy or act against Tommy, it can be held against you. Your officer and agents in this case are everyone that has a radio show on TRS on sunday thru Saturday.

I'm not going to reveal the in depth details of this case but it is public record if you know where to look. I am going to read through it when I get the chance tonight but I believe Tyrone should put a gag order on everyone on his show. No one should speak or talk about Tommy Sotomayor while they are doing it as part of TRS.

Now if they want to, they can officially declare that they are not affiliated with TRS and go out on their own to speak against the coon Tommy Sotomayor but if these people continue to strike at Tommy the way they normally do then Tyrone might pay the legal price for what they are saying and doing.

People like me are not a part of TRS so I will continue to strike at that coon as much as I can.

Stay strong Tyrone, this is going to be a long fight! You will learn who your true friends are during this episode in your life.

To summarize it for those that do not want to read what's below. They have to serve the individual or anyone over the age of 14 who lives in the residence. If they cannot serve you personally, they can try to serve you through certified mail and if that does not work, they can serve you through a commercial delivery service. The last resort is service by publication where they publish the information in a local newspaper.

Most of these rules are the same throughout the United States. In my home state, if a person could not serve you and prove that they served you then they could not obtain a monetary judgement over you.

This is the part that we should pay attention to "Subject to the provisions of any statute, rule, or order, a magistrate may dismiss a summons and complaint against any or all defendants without prejudice to the plaintiff if service of process cannot be obtained within 120 days of the filing of the complaint."

RULE 4
PROCESS

(a) Summons: Issuance. The summons shall be issued by plaintiff or plaintiff's attorney. Copies of the original summons shall be served upon each defendant.

(b) Same: Form. The summons shall be signed by the plaintiff or his attorney, contain the name of the State and county, the name of the court, the file number of the action, and the names of the parties, be directed to the defendant, state the name and address of the plaintiff's attorney, if any, otherwise the plaintiff's address, and the time within which these rules require the defendant to appear and defend, and shall notify him that in case of his failure to do so judgment by default will be rendered against him for the relief demanded in the complaint.

(c) By Whom Served. Service of summons may be made by the sheriff, his deputy, or by any other person not less than eighteen (18) years of age, not an attorney in or a party to the action. Service of all other process shall be made by the sheriff or his deputy or any other duly constituted law enforcement officer or by any person designated by the court who is not less than eighteen (18) years of age and not an attorney in or a party to the action, except that a subpoena may be served as provided in Rule 45.

(d) Summons: Personal Service. The summons and complaint must be served together. The plaintiff shall furnish the person making service with such copies as are necessary. Voluntary appearance by defendant is equivalent to personal service; and written notice of appearance by a party or his attorney shall be effective upon mailing, or may be served as provided in this rule. Service shall be made as follows:

(d)(1) Individuals. Upon an individual other than a minor under the age of 14 years or an incompetent person, by delivering a copy of the summons and complaint to him personally or by leaving copies thereof at his dwelling house or usual place of abode with some person of suitable age and discretion then residing therein, or by delivering a copy to an agent authorized by appointment or by law to receive service of process.

d)(8) Service by Certified Mail. Service of a summons and complaint upon a defendant of any class referred to in paragraph (1) or (3) of this subdivision of this rule may be made by the plaintiff or by any person authorized to serve process pursuant to Rule 4(c), including a sheriff or his deputy, by registered or certified mail, return receipt requested and delivery restricted to the addressee. Service is effective upon the date of delivery as shown on the return receipt. Service pursuant to this paragraph shall not be the basis for the entry of a default or a judgment by default unless the record contains a return receipt showing the acceptance by the defendant. Any such default or judgment by default shall be set aside pursuant to Rule 55(c) or Rule 60(b) if the defendant demonstrates to the court that the return receipt was signed by an unauthorized person. If delivery of the process is refused or is returned undelivered, service shall be made as otherwise provided by these rules.

(d)(9) Service by Commercial Delivery Service. Service of a summons and complaint upon a defendant of any class referred to in paragraph (1) or (3) of this subdivision of this rule may be made by the plaintiff or by any person authorized to serve process pursuant to Rule 4(c) by a commercial delivery service which meets the requirements to be considered a designated delivery service in accordance with 26 U.S.C. § 7502(f)(2). Service is effective upon the date of delivery as shown in the delivery record of the commercial delivery service. Service pursuant to this paragraph shall not be the basis for the entry of a default or a judgment by default unless the record contains a delivery record showing the acceptance by the defendant which includes an original signature or electronic image of the signature of the person served. Any such default or judgment by default shall be set aside pursuant to Rule 55(c) or Rule 60(b) if the defendant demonstrates to the court that the delivery receipt was signed by an unauthorized person. If delivery of the process is refused or is returned undelivered, service shall be made as otherwise provided by these rules.

If service upon the defendant cannot be accomplished by personal service or certified mail, or if no person of discretion may be found at his residence, then service may be made by publication upon the order of the magistrate.  A magistrate may order service by publication on an absent defendant pursuant to § 15-9-710, where that defendant has not been found within the State after a search of due diligence. The fact of the "diligent" search must be alleged in an affidavit. The magistrate must find the existence of a cause of action against the defendant, and that the situation is one of the types enumerated in § 15-9-710. The order of publication of the magistrate should direct the publication to be made in the one newspaper, as designated by the magistrate, most likely to give notice to the person to be served, and to appear once a week for not less three weeks. It seems reasonable that the magistrate should operate in a manner consistent with the terms of § 15-9-740, the general statute concerned with the technical aspects of service by publication and in addition to the publication, require a copy of the summons and complaint be sent to the last known address of the party to be served. Note that proof of service by publication may also be made by affidavit before a notary public that the appropriate notice has been published.

The person serving process shall promptly make proof of service and deliver it to the court. If served by the sheriff, a deputy, or a constable, proof of service shall be made by certificate. If served by any other person, proof of service shall be made by an affidavit of service. If served by publication, the printer or publisher shall make an affidavit of publication, and an affidavit of mailing shall be made to the party or the party's attorney if mailing of process is permitted or required by law.

Tommy Sotomayor Gloating Again Over Tyrone Thompson

The attention whore we know as Tommy Sotomayor has released a video where he calls the Sheriff in South Carolina to find out if Tyrone Thompson has been served. I believe that every time Tommy does something, it backfires on him in a weird way. Trying to silence your supposed enemies through the legal system can come back to bite you in the ass because once your enemies learn the system, they might decide to bring a lawsuit against him.

What I find funny is that it took his white Russian girlfriend to convince him to do it. Now this man has been threatened by a lot of people and I think I remember a video where Monty Woodgrain showed a gun on video in order to intimidate Tommy Sotomayor but he did not take Monty to court. The only reason I can think of for Tommy's new found love for the American court system is Lana.

Tommy's past actions make you wonder whether he has someone after him in the legal system.  When the Miss Mo situation came out about 6 months ago, there was a video of Tommy showing how much he had been giving Miss Mo. If I remember correctly, the amount was something like $2500 a month to help pay for a home that was not in his name. If this man can afford to pay these huge amounts for rent in other peoples name, why doesn't he just go and buy his own home for him and his daughter?

Now this is pure speculation but Tommy could owe child support for other children and this is the reason why he chooses to rent apartments and stay at hotels rather than buying property that will gain value. There are a lot of things that do not add up about Thomas Harris but maybe over time, the truth will come out about the con man we know as Tommy Sotomayor.

Tyrone does not seem like that bad of a guy. He has a lot of colorful characters around him on his radio show but he seems like someone who wants to do the right thing. May God bless him in his fight against the demonic Tommy Sotomayor.

Tommy Sotomayor Needs to Be Sued For Slander

Tommy Sotomayor has slandered and threatened so many people online. It is possible to sue for slander and defamation of character but you have to be willing to go through the process and most people I have talked to are not willing to go through with it. 

When Lana went after Tyrone in the California courts, I recommended that he fly out to California and present his side of the case and try to get a restraining order against Lana and Tommy Sotomayor.

I have downloaded and watched the after talk hangout that's on Lovie2000's channel and it looks like Lana is attempting to get a restraining order against Tyrone Thompson.

The whole order is so ridiculous. It sounds like it was written by a 10 year old.

She names Youtube personalities like Bonepicker and Clifton Rainey as harassers along with Tyrone.

She said that she fears for the safety of herself, Tommy, and her mother.

I believe she has opened a Pandora's box here cause in this universe, there is cause and effect. And in the case of Tommy, this dude always reaps what he sows.
