Tommy Sotomayor Loses Court Case Against Tyrone Thompson

This is just music to my ears!

I knew this coon was wasting the time of the Federal court.

What you see below is from a June 18th opinion of the court on this case

Let's take a look at the opening shot:

A restraining order is only available when the opposing party has not
been given notice and the moving party has shown that irreparable
harm will result unless the restraining order is entered immediately,
without giving the opposing party an opportunity to respond. Because
defendant has been served with the complaint and the motion, the
temporary restraining order is inappropriate, and the Court will only
consider the preliminary injunction plaintiff seeks.

No Restraining order for Thomas Jerome Harris.

But there's more! Let's take a look:

The Court further notes that, although plaintiff has filed the
motion as instructed by the Court, plaintiff has not met the
requirements for this Court to grant it. (
See
Mem. [4-1].) First,
plaintiff has failed to provide any affidavits as required by Local
Rule 7.1(A)(1). Further, the facts alleged in plaintiff’s memorandum
of law are vague and generally insufficient to support the requested
relief, falling short of the Rule 7 requirements and the previous
instructions of this Court. The Court
now turns to those pleading
deficiencies.

And now for the conclusion:

The Court must DENY without prejudice
plaintiff’s motion for a
temporary restraining order and preliminary injunction [4]. If
plaintiff wishes to again apply for a preliminary injunction, his
attorney must submit pleadings that adequately address the
requirements for issuance of such an order.
SO ORDERED, this 18th day of June, 2014.

Congratulations Tyrone!
And fuck you Tommy Sotomayor!

Tommy Sotomayor Sells 100 Domestic Abuse T-Shirts

The shirt has on it "If your woman wants equal rights, give her equal lefts".

If he really did sell 100 of these shirts then there are some sad, dysfunctional men out here in the world.

If I ever see this coon in person, I will give him equal rights!

Monty Woodgrain Is On The Coon Train

Well, it looks like YouTube's #1 coon has a new friend and his name is Monty Woodgrain.

Monty Woodgrain

I find it amazing that Tommy goes after Tyrone for opposing his message but he did not go after Monty with a restraining order when Monty threatened him on video with a gun.

The real reason Tommy is going after Tyrone is to impress that Russian mutt he is in a relationship with at this time.

The way I judge these things is if you help a known coon fight his battles then you are a coon as well.

Welcome Monty Woodgrain to the Coon Train!

How IndieGoGo Funds Affected My Tax Return

Here is a link to a very interesting article on how Indiegogo affects the taxes of those who receive donations.

Here is an excerpt from the article/blog post:

In the eyes of the Internal Revenue Service, that’s income. Taxable income. Oh, you didn’t know that? Yes, it’s true. If you receive money via crowd-funding – be it Kickstarter or IndieGoGo – you have to report that as income on your taxes.

The IRS wants their share of that income, and it could cost you if you don’t have any way to account for your production expenses.

In my case, I could have lost hundreds of dollars worth of my tax refund because of this crowd-sourced income.

Fortunately, it didn’t even put a dent in my refund. Why? I kept all my receipts, and I categorized each one to account for every penny of where that $2,288 worth of funds went.
Here’s what I did: I carefully documented every receipt, every category I spent money on to make the project happen.

Wardrobe purchases? Deduction.  Props and set decoration? Deduction! Craft services, catering, equipment, location fees, production insurance, crew member pay? Deducted, deducted, deducted.

The person who wrote this was able to avoid having their refund taken by keeping detailed records and all of their receipts. I wonder if YouTube's #1 con man and coon Tommy Sotomayor kept all of his receipts?
