The coon we all know as Uncle Tommy Ruckus wants us to believe that he knows all of the celebrities on a personal level. This fool is just like any other fan except when he takes a picture with a celebrity, he acts like he knows the celebrity.
For example, in the following pic, he acts like he knows former NBA player and NBA2K video game color commentator Clark Kellogg but he is just another fan trying to act like he is well known. His dumb ass drone followers eat this shit up on his Facebook page.
