In the beginning of The Black Authority's radio program, he plays a clip where Tommy said the man who was killed in New York by police officers caused his own death.
You can listen below starting at the 13 minute mark. If you are still on Tommy Sotomayor's side after everything he has said then you should seriously consider checking yourself into a mental health facility.

Tommy comment wasn't about the Staten Island murder though. He was talking about a different case. It was taken out of context and the whole part should of been played. I disagree with Tommy on issues like these but I don't like this.
